Hi there rang up yesterday asked about an aerial they was going to try get me in yesterday afternoon but think it was too late in the day so they sent a message saing they be around first thing so they came out 9am. So Mark the engineer instantly saw the old aerial was damaged gave me the quote straight away so i agreed to it. Mark then went on to say that i live in apoor signal aerial noticed the trees might be in the way. Phoned the company to set up the new tv I purchased. The person on the phone was polite and helpful. The tv engineer came the next day he was on time. He polite helpful explained how the tv operated took away the old tv as well with the packaging. So a good job done.

Really efficient service. I contacted on telephone and engineer was booked for next day, calling with an hours notice. At 10.00am got the call and engineer arrived in the hour. He was really pleasant and efficiently worked out what the problem was with a signal not going through a Sky box/distributor. The office then called to confirm price, work was done on the spot - and checked all working on the TV - with a new distributor and then payment made to engineer. Could not recommend more highly
